Pose Classes

This energizing class will move you through a mat series while mobilizing your spine and strengthening your core. Be prepared to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen every inch of your body. This class is you, a Pilates mat, and occasionally some props (foam roller, small balls, hand weights, magic circle, resistance bands).

A full body reformer flow perfect for first timers and seasoned practitioners that need a refresh. This class is all about alignment and teaches you what the exercises should feel like so you can fine tune your form.

Sculpt your body while elongating your muscles as you flow through a seamless sequence of movements that connect you deep to your core. You'll leave class feeling taller, stronger, and stretched. Build on the foundational pilates exercises and explore contemporary choreography in this total body workout.

Live to sweat? This athletic reformer class will get your heart pumping and your body jumping! This reformer class incorporates the Pilates jumpboard and will put your core and legs to the ultimate test! You’ll improve your stamina and get those endorphins flowing in this total body workout.

Sessions/Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

12 hour notice of cancellation is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session from your package or membership.
