Private Sessions/Packages are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

24 hour notice of cancellation is required. If you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will be required to pay the full price.

Private Training

Want a little extra attention? Our private sessions are perfect for clients that are new to Pilates, as well as clients wanting to deepen their practice. Private sessions are all about the individual. You will receive a program suited specifically to your fitness goals, rehabilitation, or physical situation. This is a great option if you don’t feel comfortable in a group setting or have specific conditions and injuries. 

We also offer private duet sessions for two and private group classes for larger parties.

To get started with private training please fill out our private training questionnaire below. By booking a private session you agree to our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your private, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment time. Privates that are canceled within the 24 hour window will be charged for that session.
